We want to add a dedicated stretching component to our kickboxing workouts? Kristen Mangione, creator of ZenMoves Meditation, and owner of ZenTouch studios in Hoboken, has created a specifically designed yoga-based stretching exercises to enhance ReBoot Camp training, and the entire Costa Rican experience. Given on the beach just prior to morning workouts, these sessions will center and prepare your body for the intensity of pad training by opening up physical compression, increasing breath awareness, enhancing mental clarity, and improving cardiovascular function.
