Discover the World
Since ReBoot Camp's earliest days, our explorers have gone to great lengths to discover the unknown, immerse themselves in extraordinary places, encounter new cultures, and investigate nature firsthand. The same philosophy applies to our trips. We strive to create authentic and meaningful travel experiences that bring you to wonders both hidden and celebrated around the globe. Our founders sought to understand “the world and all that’s in it.” Our trips aim to do just that: to inspire a thirst for discovery and a passion for the wonders of our planet.
The signature of our programs is our experts' touch. We consult locates, researchers, explorers, writers, and photographers when crafting our itineraries, and these same experts join us on many of our trips. Our ReBoot Camp Venice, for instance, was developed in collaboration with a family that has a bridge named after the family, a celebrity chef who get on into exclusion restaurants not only shaped our itinerary, but also leads multiple departures of our trip. Our fixers guides are also some of the best in their fields: they use an in-depth knowledge as well as the intimate perspective of their own life experiences to draw a more complete picture of the places we explore.
Because the National Geographic name opens doors worldwide, you'll gain access to special events, archaeological finds, private homes, and even Society-sponsored research sites—where you can meet the people whose discoveries you've read about in the pages of our magazines. In Peru, for example, National Geographic grantee Peter Frost or one of his colleagues will meet with us to discuss Inca archaeological finds. And at Olduvai Gorge in Tanzania, you'll be joined by a director of the site or National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence Louise Leakey for a fascinating discussion of the Leakey family's legendary finds.
With our innovative itineraries, our top-notch experts, and a thriving network of resources all over the world, we have the privilege of offering you exceptional travel experiences. What is the National Geographic difference? Just take a look:
